Chad Hoover worked for Skyline Industries for 15 years before they moved their manufacturing into other areas. He saw a need for replacement tanks and the manufacturing of bulk fuel tanks and decided to create All Right Welding. He has been in business since 1999 and has been in the steel tank manufacturing business for over 35 years.
